Armed
Citizens Are Good For Society
Reprinted From:
The United States
Concealed Carry Association (USCCA)
I
think one of the things that "Sheepdogs" have added to the
larger benefit of society is that they are armed, and the
criminal element has no idea who they are. The
"Sheepdog" is just an ordinary citizen who is willing to
step up to the plate to help others, and is willing to use
justified deadly force to do so. I found this archived
article from the USCCA's free
Concealed Carry
Report and thought it was very relevant to the concept
of the "Sheepdog" and a citizen's right to protect
themselves. Sheepdogs are everywhere as more and more
citizens apply for their concealed carry permits. And
with the severe reduction in city budgets, the police are
more scarce than ever.
I was able to get permission from the
USCCA Inc. to reprint it for you. I hope you find
it as interesting as I did.
Click on the article to read the rest on the Concealed Carry
Magazine website. USCCA is a wonderful resource for
training, and articles such as the one below, but you have
to be a member to really take advantage of all of the great
benefits.
I find my
Concealed Carry Report an invaluable and strongly recommend
you take a look at membership for yourself and your family.
