Navy Links and Page Credits

Background: This web site is a compilation of my own personal stuff, as well as a portal to various poems, writings, and art work that are considered traditional and "standard" fare for those who know the Navy well. Many of the writings you see are things we read over and over while at sea to help sustain us (and our spouses) while on an extended (or even not so extended) deployment away from home. Many authors are unknown to us, but their words have helped many a sailor through some trying times! Since I am not nearly creative enough to do the beautiful art-work you see on this page, I must give credit where credit is due to people such as PRC(AW) Jeff Hobrath, who created much of the artwork that you see on the opening page. All writings, insignias, and other images not created by me were obtained from sites that give explicit permission to use them on other web sites.
