The media hype about what is and what is not an "assault weapon" is truly astonishing. 

By spreading fear, uncertainty and doubt, the media and politicians are able to lead the uninformed to believe that a rifle is an "evil assault rifle" just because of some cosmetic features. In this video, you will see the true difference between "assault rifles" and the common sporting rifles that are used by millions of law abiding citizens today.  The second video below illustrates just how under-powered the AK-47 cartridge is, for example, when compared to standard hunting rounds.  We must stop any attempts to ban "assault weapons" (that aren't really assault weapons) now!  We must stop all further attempts at gun control that are only based on these ridiculous images that spread fear, uncertainty, and doubt.
